Sid Neigum

Born in Alberta, trained in New York, and based in Toronto, Neigum holds stockists in New York, L.A, Hong Kong, Seoul, Montreal and Toronto. Neigum was the recipient of the Toronto Fashion Incubator’s New Labels Award in 2012, Western Canada Fashion Weeks Emerging Designer Award, and Nextfest’s Emerging Artist Award to name a few.
He studied Science in University before pursuing fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology. He apprenticed under Yigal Azrouel and has since went on to show his own collections at Western Canada Fashion Week, Vancouver Fashion Week, Montreal Art and Design Festival, and more recently, for the past 6 seasons, at Toronto Fashion week.
Neigum is a resident member at the Toronto Fashion Incubator which is were he produces every garment, in house. Neigum takes a very mathamatical approach to patternmaking and has been known to incorporate concepts like Fibonacci sequence and the Golden ratio.
His work has been featured in Fashion, Flare, Elle, WWD, and Vogue.it
